JavaScript used in the Vertical Layout
Each thumbnail in the vertical layout is separated by a horizontal line. This is written in JavaScript.

JavaScript code for a Horizontal Line

The JavaScript is saying to put a horizontal line, with no shading, that is 95% the width of the table cell it is in, and to be one pixel high - and for the color to be black. You can change the 95% to make the line wider or narrower, or even change it to pixel measurement (just type in a number for that, with nothing after it). You can make the thickness of the line greater by changing the number of the height, and of course change the color. If you don't want a line at all, then just delete all the code. If you delete it because you prefer to use the normal insert/horizontal line from the toolbar - that is fine, but some versions of NS do not recognise different colors, and if you chose a red line, then in some browsers it would be viewed as black or gray, whereas the JavaScript shows color in both versions of NS that I have (4.76 and 6).

The JavaScript code views slightly differently in IE 5.5, NS 4.76 and NS 6, but all the results are acceptable - as in the images below.

I do not know how they view in any other browsers.
